What is a certification?
Used to distribute information, questionnaires and materials which should return signature from recipient that can then be tracked and stored electronically.
What are common types of certifications?
Sox certifications
Code of ethics
Disclosure committee
It and security.
When creating a certification what do you need to start first?
Crest the questions first.
What are EXCEPTIONS in the certification questions?
Responses that should raise concern or flags
What does it mean when a certification has an individual signer?
Only that individual needs to provide a response.
What is an approved in regard to a certification?
Can be added to verify any comments or exceptions the signer might provide.
What does ordered signers mean in a certification?
Where each person gets the letter after the previous person signs.
For certifications what are group signers?
Creates an individual certification user in the group
What are consensus signers?
Add multiple signers to one step
Signers in that step need to reach a consensus.
What are tags in certifications?
Help people that have to sign multiple things know how they should frame their responses.
What do the dashboards do for certifications?
Gives a quick summary of each certifications activity
What does the tracker do for certicications?
Shows the state of each certification sheathed it’s waiting on signatures, approvals, or complete
What do the reports tab do for certifications?
Can be generated to see all the responses or all the exceptions in a process.
