subdural haemorrhage, venous

What could the persistent headache be due to?
A
gradual build up of inter cranial pressure as bleeding continued, which ultimately starts putting pressure on the brain stem, so drowsy (reticular activating system compressed in brain stem)

If motor symptoms are on the right side what part of brain is affected?
A
left motor cortex affected and can see large subdural haematoma (deep blood accumulated in subdural space)

What would the treatment be?
A
referral to neurosurgeons, drill burr holls, skull flap and remove blood
