CVT symptoms
A
- Usually occurs postpartum
- Ass with seizures, vomiting, photophobia, impaired consciousness
- Signs of raised intracranial pressure
- 30-60% patients have focal signs that may be transient, such as hemiparesis
- CVT may cause fever and leukocytosis

A
- CT or MRI
- Venous angiography MRI
- Thrombophilia screen
