Sudden painless loss of vision
Reduced visual acuity
Afferent pupillary defect
Pale retina

ESR/CRP - investigate for underlying temporal arteritis
Vasculitis screening
Coagulation screen

Reperfusion therapy
- Pentoxifylline or hyperbaric oxygen
Reduction in intraocular pressure
- Acetazolomide or mannitol
