what is mitosis
It is a form of nuclear divison that produces daughter nuclei with same number of chromosomes as the parent nucles
why is important?
it help in the replication of identical cell and it is happens in asexual reproduction.It is
gentically identcial to the parent cell.If there is an error is dna replication ,it will transmitted to the other cells

It is a form of nuclar division that profuces daughter nuclei with half of the number of chromosomes as the parents
why is meiosis important?
it contain haploid chromosomes as when the sex gamestes go through fertilasation it does not double the numer of chromosomes.It helo to maintain the number of chromosomes.It is not gentically identical to the parents and it happens asexual reporduction
