(FBC) reduced hemoglobin, low B12, low ferritin, high RCDW
(IgA) positive IgA antibody
Duodenal biopsy showing villous atrophy and crypt hyperplasia

What is the treatment for celiac disease?
A
Gluten free diet

What are the complications of celiac disease?
A
Anemia, dermatitis herpetiformis, osteopenia/osteoporosis
Increase risk of lymphoma, gastric, esophageal, colorectal cancer
