Atrial fibrillation 5
No JVP angina palpitations dyspnoea syncope
Left heart failure 2
Pulmonary Oedema - presents as orthopnoea
decreased pulse volume
Right Heart Failure
Peripheral oedema
Infective endocarditis 6
Fever heart murmurs osler's nodes janeway lesions splinter haemorrhages clubing
Cardiomegaly 2
parasternal heaves
shifting of apex
Myocardial Infarction 5
Angina>30min Dyspnoea N&V anxiety syncope
