CCMCP Shock - Hypotension which does not fit into a known category?
Consider universal airway protocol
Adult - 500 ml bolus prn to maintain MAP of 65
Ped - 20 ml/kg to maintain normotension for age
Consider vasopressors
CCMCP Shock - Vasopressor of choice in pediatrics?
Epinephrine for cardiac, septic or neurogenic shock refractory to fluid
