Additional doses of 0.5-1mg q 3-5min
Total dose is 3mg
Peds is 0.02mg/kg; min dose of 0.1mg, max is 0.5mg

Organo is 2-5mg initial followed by 1-2mg q5 min or until VS improve
Peds less than 5yrs prior to intubation with pulse is .02mg/kg with 0.1mg min and 0.5mg max
