Rhythm check, change compressor, placing advanced airway

Shock asap vs 2 min cpr first
After defib
No pulse check and fresh compressor
What is refract vfib and what are considerations
3 or more defibs and epis and double sequential / esmolol 0.5 ml loading dose
Witnessed arrest and epi
Withhold 3 rounds
Epi and unwitnessed arrest or Asystole/PEA
Epi asap
H’s and T’s
Hypoxia - reassess oxygen delivery
Hypovolemia - shock protocol
Hyperkalemia - protocol
Hypoglycemia - blood sugar
Hydrogen Ion- consider bicarbonate
Toxins - protocol
Tamponade- Shock
Tension Pneumo - chest decompression
Thrombosis/ Embolis- 12 lead
Trauma - protocol
Lidocaine dose and when
