germany made a plan to avoid fighting on the eastern and western front at the same time so they planned to invade france by going thogubt belgiam then circling back to fight russia
why did the schlieffen plan fail
russia mobilised there army faster then expected, belgium didnt want them going though the country, the, french had time to move there army to the border with belguim
who were the black-hand
it was a group of serbians who wanted austria-hungry to leave bosinia and planned to assassinate the hair to the austrian thone
how did the outbreak of war happen
austria-hungry was furious at the assasination and issed a ten-point ultimatum to serbia and serbia only agreed to 9 points so austria-hungry declared war
what was the treaty of london
it was that the uk and belguim could protect eachother whenever they needed help. it dated back to 1839
