Germany planned to attack France through neutral Belgium, it was done to protect Germany from being attacked by both Russia and France so they attempted to defeat France first so they could focus on russia

The kaiser Wilhelm supported a Moroccan rebellion for independence, which angered the French.
What was the second Moroccan crisis?
The German navy protected a trade route which France saw as an act of protection to another Moroccan rebellion. The British has to intervene in order to stop war between the two countries
