What kind of person do you realistically think you are?
Is it because you truly believe it on your own terms or because it’s what other people have told you all your life?
What limitations do you have about yourself?
What if they’re based on some off-hand comment someone said to you a long time ago?
How do you know if your interpretations of the way someone treats you are true?
You don’t! It’s all dependent on your state. Improve your state and self-image and you will improve your interpretation of things. Self-reinforcing cycle
How could you change your self-image?
