A
  1. Throughout the day charges - emotions create emotions
  2. Momentum - start the day with 3 small victories
  3. Health and Fitness - Diet and exercise
  4. Internal Looping - affirmations (I’m just the kind of guy that get’s things done even when I don’t feel like it)
  5. Internal Looping while you nod your head
  6. What pictures are you seeing in your mind?
  7. Character Modeling
