List the 8 steps of when you notice the patent
- Skin colour
- Is there bleeding
- is there chest movement
- is it a male or female
- is it an adult or child
- what size
- what age
- is the patient moving
When you reach the patent you check for
- Notice patient
- Deadly bleeding
- Any spinal injuries
- AVPU (alert, verbal, pain, unconscious)
- Recovery position
- Check for clues and look at the patient thoroughly
- Remove patent from environment
