A: extend the tarsal joints and flex the digital joints except the distal interphalangeal joints, flex the genial joint minimally

I: Distal phalanges, plantar aspects
A: flex the digital joints and extend the tarsal joints

O: popliteal fossa of femur

A: rotate the leg medially, flex the genial joint
