Micro vascular obstruction

Coronary Flow Reserve
Less than 2.5 with adenosine indicates non endothelial micro vascular dysfunction
Decreased coronary diameter with acetylcholine indicates endothelial macro vascular dysfunction
Decreased coronary diameter with nitroglycerin
Indicates non endothelial macro vascular dysfunction
