How did you act in accordance with ROC 1-5?
- Gave client an honest recommendation- did not just jump to 3 stars (better result) as I did not think it was attainable due to their objectives.
- Competence- understood Fitwel, under the guidance of a Fitwel Ambassador
- good quality & diligent service- provided the client with a Fitwel Recommendation Report on what to do to target the highest rating in their Fitwel recommendations.
4.) treat others with respect & encourage diversity and inclusion- Fitwel Strategies- lactation rooms, many meetings encouraged people to speak up.
5.) maintain trust in public profession, take responsibility for actions- maintain trust in the profession- not scoring Fitwel wrongly- giving business correct rating.

-Commercial Properties must have EPC E. interim of B by 2027. 2030 all must have B.

Not any communal work areas - (each within tenant demise instead)
What do you define as short and long term?
short term- quick, cheap easy, could do if they wanted to within a few weeks
long term- requires planning, redevelopment, more expensive
How long does the Fitwel accrediation last?
3 years

No this was assessed on Multi-let basis? several other scorecards including ones to cover communal basis.
What was your biggest achievement?
providing the client with a recommendation and met their aims and objectives.
What was the biggest learning curve?
Strong communication needed between stakeholders due to the depth of knowledge and evidence required for the building.
Why don’t they score it out of 100? surely they could then give a %?
