Framed- Non-load bearing walls, majority of buildings in industrialized nations with modern cities. Internal frames of various materials bear load. Commercial offices/high-rise blds. Residential homes with 2x4 frames.
Mass- Exterior walls bear weight of the structure. Walls are thick and usually masonry. 62% of bldgs outside US and provide more protection to ground forces.

Hue City-Most fiercely fought battle of Tet Offensive. Artillery, bombs, napalm prohibited. Characterized by heavy US losses(147 dead), house to house fighting, and 40% of the city eventually destroyed. LL-Tactical events can have strategic consequences, Technological advantages diminish with urban fighting.
Gronzy-Russians entered city through one avenue of approach. Characterized by Russians using air strikes only as a scare tactic, rebels using concealment, surpise, and knowledge of the city. Chechen’s utilized a ‘hug the enemy’ tactic that made them very effective. LL- Airpower should not be used as a show of force. Loss of surprise can be very damaging
