Unstable Angina
Spasms of the smooth muscle that surrounds the coronary arteries that occur at rest with no triggers but usually at the same time of day
Vasospastic Angina
A topical anesthetic with added epinephrine is used to control bleeding in the area. Cannot be used intravenously
Lidocaine
Inhibits the action or formation of clotting factors
Anti-coagulants
Change platelet function without impairing platelet function

Medicines that prevent blood cells from adhering together and forming a clot.
Antiplatelets
