What is the process for examining the carotid arteries?
Inspect, auscultate for bruit and palpate each side independently

Aortic valve, pulmonic valve, erbs point, tricuspid valve, mitral valve

R sternal border, 2IC space
Where is the pulmonic valve?
L sternal border, 2 IC space

Where is the tricuspid valve?

Where is the mitral valve?
MC line, 5IC
What are the 3 peripheral pulses for the cardiovascular OSCE?
Radial, pedal OR posterior tibial
