Surgical
- Check viability of limb (non-viable = tissue loss, nerve damage, sensory loss)
- Assess for revascularisation or amputation on viability.
Medical
- Antiplatelet (Aspirin or Clopidogrel)
- Analgesia (Paracetamol and Opioid)
- Anticoagulation (unfractionated heparin)
Conservative
- Lifestyle modification post-surgery
