- all 4 chambers dilated - but left ventricle more dilated
- LVEF < 40
- systolic murmur - mitral/tricuspid regurg due to stretching

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
A
- autosomal dominant
- exertional dyspnea / syncope
- sudden death due to ventricular arrythmia
