- Causes cough
- Low Na diet. Avoid K and high Na foods
- Monitor daily I/O, weight

- Negative inotrope
- Chronic stable angina
- HTN
- Gingival hyperplasia
- Alternative to beta blockers that may have caused fatigue

- Treats pulseless VTACH/VFIB
- Decreases arrhythmias
- Notify doc if tremor, GI distress, blurred vision

- Slows sinus rate, increase PR interval
- Treats tachyarrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia (stable patient)
- Manages vfib/PEA after CPR and failed defib
- Assess apical pulse 1 min
- Low sodium diet
