A

Haemodynamic changes from 5th week
It reaches maximum by 5 weeks before term
Complications - CCF:
5mins after delivery
5h after delivery
5 d after delivery

Anticoagulant guidelines

A

If a patient is on warfarin, substitute heparin during 6-12 weeks then change to warfarin till 36 weeks

Then again heparin, stop 6hr before delivery
Restart heparin 6h after vaginal delivery and 12h after LSCS

Start warfarin after 3day and withdraw heparin
