VF/VT without Pulse: Order of treatment

A

1) Give 1 shock, repeat Q 2 min.
2) Epi 1 mg IV Q 3-5 min.
3) Cordarone (Amiodarone) 300 mg IV, repeat 150 mg IV in 5 min.
4) Mag 1-2 g IV for Torsades de Pointes, or persistent VT
