A
thin walled, dilated left ventricle. sudden deceleration of blood from left atrium into the left ventricle. Congestive heart failure

what causes 4th heart sound
A
caused by increased stiffness of 4th ventricle. Coronary heart disease. its right b4 the 1st heart sound, which is the closing of the mitral and tricuspid valves.
