Repair of congential heart disease
ASD/VSD/AVSD repair
Tetralogy repair
Arterial switch
TAPVD
Fontan without fenestration
“the murmur is consistent with residual…”
Previous surgery and cyanotic
“Pallative surgery for complex/cyanotic congential heart disease, this may be a staged procedure and the patient remains cyanosed”
Shunted circulations: tetralogy/pulmonary atresia, single ventricle with PS, Norwood procedure
Single ventricle lesions
“Many complex heart lesions may lead to single ventricle physiology”
RVH
- Uprioght T waves in V1
- Abnormal R wave amplitude in V1 or S in V6
- RAD for age
LVH
- R wave in V6 and S wave in V1>60
- T wave inversion in V5/V6
- Abnormally large R waves in V6 or S waves in V1
