7 - next player misses a turn
10 - reverses direction of play
Black Jack - next player takes 5 cards. 2 played together means the next person takes 10 cards. Same if the next player has one
Red Jack - cancels out one Black Jack
Black Queens - player changes hands with the player left to him
(last card can’t be an Ace)
