Its support in E.S.G which is incorporated in there organisation. E.S.G investing is becoming increasingly important for organisations, with the increased importance of climate change and also fair human rights. Capital group incorporate E.S.G. into their operation by 3 investment prospects ( ( investment frameworks, monitoring process and engagement and proxy voting.). Hence main reason why they scored A or A* in every asset class that incorporates e.s.g. It is interesting to see whether, there has to be some adaptations towards E.S.G, as the lack of consistency in reporting is becoming a huge issue for the investors.

in IM clients trust you to take decisions first hand, So i will have full responsilbiity managing daily investments, according to the long term goals.
I get to work on difficult a long term problems everyday and because markets are volatile, it is non-sensical to think your job is boring as there is always a new challenge to solve.
Also the people who you work with are very ambitious and motivated, its a great environment for growth especially being a young person trying trying to be a part of the working world. Competition and compliance with clients goals, is the way to raise standards in which i believe is the best way for investments to grow.
