Equality

Examples of vulnerable persons
(1) Children
(2) Elderly
(3) Homeless,
(4) PWDs
(5) Deprived of liberty
(6) HR victims,
(7) Domestic violence victims
(8) Victims of armed conflict
(9) Socio-economically disadvantaged
Section 3. Indigent person.
(1) Not refuse the representation of an indigent person unless:
(2) Not in a position to carry out the work effectively
(3) Placed in a conflict of interest situations
(4) Related to the potential adverse party
Indigent person.
Any person who has no money or property sufficient for food, shelter, and other basic necessities for oneself
Section 4. Standard of service.
(1) Shall observe the same standard of service for all clients, regardless of remuneration
(2) Except higher standard required for representation of vulnerable person
