Family history, history of depression, psychosocial adversity, high users of medical system, chronic medical conditions, other psychiatric conditions, times of hormonal changes, unexplained systems, chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, SUD

earlier age of onset, increased number of previous episode, severity of initial episode, disruptions of sleep-wake cycle, comorbid psychopathology, fam history, negative cognitions, high neuroticism, poor social support, stressful life events
