1_ selective medium for Candida, Sabouraud’s Dextrose Agar (SDA).

Treatment of oral candidiasis.
1_ Correct the predisposing factors, if possible.
2_ improve the general health of patient.
3_ Topical nystatin is given, as: lozenges or pastilles.
4_ Azole group of antifungal agents, as: fluconazole oral gel.
