• Breast Cancer
Annual mammography for women over 40, annual breast exam
• Colon and rectum:
(beginning @ age 50)fecal occult blood test every year or, flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years or, annual fecal occult blood test and flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years,a double contrast barium enema every 5 to 10 years,a colonoscopy every 10 years, combined testing every 5 years is preferred over annual tests; people at moderate or high risk should talk with doctor about a different testing schedule
• Uterus: Cervix
All women who are sexually active or who are 18 and older should have an annual Pap test and pelvic exam;
Endometrium -
Endometrium - All women should be informed about the risks and symptoms of endometrial cancer
