“The Board shall cancel the registration of a pharmacist or pharmaceutical support staff on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Committee of the Council where the practitioner: -
(a) is convicted of an offence under this Part or the Regulations, -
(b) has lost the qualification on the basis of which the registration was made, -
(c) is sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a criminal offence, or -
(d) fails to comply with the penalty imposed by the Council after due process.”
What does Section 91, subsection (2) of the Act state?
Section 91, subsection (2) states: “Registration shall not be cancelled unless the Board has given the practitioner at least thirty days notice of its intention to cancel the registration.”
