Formally kick off the campaign internally and externally. Kick offs ensure that all external and internal stakeholders are aligned.
Some campaigns may require additional kick off calls to cover Data Pass, Measurement, etc.
What is ‘PHASE II’ of the campaign implementation process?
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Phreesia creative: CS collaborates with Creative to communicate brand goals and requests.
AOR creative: CS collaborates with brand/AOR to communicate Phreesia’s best practices and support the development of the creative content.
What is ‘PHASE III’ of the campaign implementation process?
SUBMISSIONS & PROGRAMMING
Submit the campaign components to MLR Review and incorporate any necessary revisions.
Once layouts are approved, Phreesia can begin programming the content.
What is ‘PHASE IV’ of the campaign implementation process?
GO LIVE
Once a campaign has completed development, the go-live process can begin.
The go-live process includes deployment and smoke testing.

- If revisions are required, CS marks up Ziflow for Creative to implement changes
- CS re-sends to Brand/AOR for approval ahead of MLR submissions
- CS adds approved layouts to Custom Insights Board for Research to begin survey development

- AOR designs layouts using the Phreesia Media Guide and sends to CS for review
- CS submits Ziflow request
- CS, Creative and Dev review content to ensure alignment to Phreesia’s required specs and Creative Best Practices
- CS provides consolidated feedback or approval on all pieces
- AOR implements required changes and sends to CS/Brand for approval
