What are basic toppings?
Toppings that cost $0.50 to add on to a salad or bowl. Includes most cold toppings and all crunches.
What are premium toppings?
Toppings that come at an extra cost when adding to a core or custom salad. There are “premium” and “super premium” toppings.
Difference between premium vs super premium
premium toppings cost $1.25 and include all the cheeses, hard-boiled egg, and seasonal veggies/fruit; super premium toppings costs depending market to market and include all proteins, protein subs, and avocado
When are discounts applied to a cost of a salad?
Discounts are applied only when super premium toppings are subbed or deleted; delete roasted chicken = price drop, delete tomatoes = no price change, sub porto mix for tofu = no price change. sub steelhead for roasted chicken = price increase
