A

Difficult
Broad spec Ab for 2-3 wks e.g. Ampicillin, Tetracycline
Prevention - iodine dip, colostrum, clean environment

A

Dx - CS, arthrocentesis? radiography?

Tx - 3 wks broad spec antibiotic, NSAID, flush joint (within 24hrs)
