Outline the procedure to prepare a root tip slide

A
  1. Warm 1m HCL to 60 degrees
  2. Cut root tip with scalpel add to HCL leave for 5 mins
  3. Remove and wash with distilled water
  4. Cut the tip and place on slide add stain to make chromosomes visible
