What is the dose of Aspirin (ASA)?
A
Adult: 160-325 mg PO (2-4 chewable children’s tablets)

What is the dose for Nicardipine (Cardine)?
A
Adult: 5 mg/hr IV,IO. May increase 2.5 mg/hr every 15 min. for a max dose of 15 mg/hr.
Ped: 0.5 - 1 mcg/kg/min IV, IO infusion.

What is the dose for Diltiazem (Cardizem)?

Adult: 20 mg IV. 10 mg in 5 min if SBP >100

What is the dose of Verapamil (Isoptin)
A
Adult: 2.5-5.0 mg iv push over 2-3 minutes. Max dose of 20mg.
Ped: 0.1 mg/kg IV/IO slowly over 20 min. Max of 5 mg/initial dose.
