Answer 1

If not responsive to Atropine:
Sedation: Versed 0.5mg-2.5mg IV/IO, repeat up to 5mg
Transcutaneous pacing: 80bpm beginning with 20mA. Increase 10mA until electrical and mechanical capture.

Saline Bolus: 500mL IV/IO, up to 2 liters

Atropine: 0.5mg IV/IO, every 3-5 minutes, max of 3mg
