S/S: SEVERE HYPOTENSION, DECR SVR. PULM HTN.
TX: STOP INFUSION. GIVE IONOTROPE. METHYLENE BLUE 1-2MG/KG UP TO 5 MG/KG. HYDROCORTISONE, BENADRYL. VASO/EPI IF NOT ON ALREADY.
