• Develop and update construction plan
• Plan, monitor and manage construction phase
• Liaise with CDM coordinator regarding on going design
• Ensure welfare facilities are provided and suitable
• Enforce site rules
• Provide suitable access to contractors when required for their phase
• Prevent access to site to unauthorised persons
• Provide induction to those required for site
