Higher temperatures
Particles move at a faster rate so they collide more often and the greater proportion of particles have the activation energy or more

1/reaction time is directly proportional to rate of reaction
Concentration/pressure
Particles become more crowded so collide more often = frequency of successful collisions increases
Particle size
Greater the SA to volume ratio = more reactant particles available for collision therefore collisions are more likely = successful collisions increases (smaller objects = larger SA:V)
Catalysts
Provide an alternative reaction pathway with a lower activation energy therefore a greater proportion of particles have the activation energy or more, increasing the frequency of successful collisions
