Discribe how HIV works

A

attacks the immune system by targeting CD4 T cells, a type of white blood cell. The virus enters these cells, uses them to replicate, and ultimately destroys them, weakening the body’s ability to fight off infections and diseases through disabling the ability to produce antibodies

Discribe blood clotting

A

Platetets detect damadge to a blood vessel and collect there forming a temperary plug
Platelets release clotting factor
Prothrombin is converted to thrombin
Then thrombin converts fibrinogen (soluble) into fibrin which is insoluble
Starts the fibers forming, creating a scap which prevents bleeding more and pathogens from getting in
