What are price enquires and why is it important to offer the correct prices?
A
Price enquires are requests from potential customers about the price of a product or service. It can be formal, in writing, or email or phone.
It is important to quote the write price as the price quoted becomes contractually binding.

Price quotations maybe be listed, such as on a website and they don’t tend to change that frequently.
However, some businesses may be willing to offer repeat customers/business better rates. Therefore it is often the case for businesses to send out specific quotations to customers/business’s stating the price they specifically will receive.
