What are the powers does the regulatory tribunal have?
Impose and unlimited fine
Expel member
What is the RICS CPD policy for members?
APC Candidates: 48 hours per annum. 50% must be formal.
Members: 20 hours per annum. At least 10 of which must be informal.
All members must maintain their a relevant and current understanding of the rules of conduct over a rolling three year period.
Members must record their CPD on time.
When is the RICS likely to investigate concern about social media?
Where posts involve discrimination, dishonesty, abusive or threatening behaviour.
