• Advantage of splitting initial start up costs and training between the 3 partners
• Disadvantages with a partnership could arise should one of us decide to leave the partnership
• But it will be written into the partnership agreement that should 1 or 2 people decide to leave, the remaining partners have the first option to buy that person/s out

• All 3 partners will equally be responsible for servicing the pets and maintenance of equipment
• If conflicts arise between partners it will be resolved using communication then mediation and litigation as a last resort.

• Staffing = in the start up phase we will rely on the 3 partners to undertake the majority of tasks, once established we will recruit for additional staff from websites (seek.com, etc), vet training schools
• Jointly purchase the equipment for grooming and care of the dogs.
• Initially purchase one vehicle which will be our largest expense. This car and its associated costs will be used by all of us to service our clients. As our business grows we will eventually purchase 2 additional vehicles.
• Our equipment will be purchased online and our vehicle will be purchased 2nd hand.
