  1. DEFINE - determine goals and plan resources
  2. LOCATE - gather items and info. needed to do the job
  3. PREPARE - set up environment to do the job
  4. CONFIRM - verify that they are ready to perform the job
  5. EXECUTE - carry out the job
  6. MONITOR - access wether the joy is being successfully executed
  7. MODIFY - make alternative actions to improve execution
  8. CONCLUDE - finish job or prepare to repeat it

Key properties of digitalisation?

A

Free - digital goods are free in that, once something is digitised, its essentially free to make an additional copy
PERFECT - copy can be perfect. digital copy is identical to digital original, unlike photicopy of a photocopy the quality of digital copies doesn’t deteriorate with successive copies
INSTANT - its possible to make copy instantly

core = centralised organization (business or institution) representing ppl inside the organization (including experts with deep experience in an industry)
crowd = billions of decentralised digitally connected ppl who may be able to help company (if invited and getting benefit from doing)
