What is the definition of time management?
Time management is how we use our time.
What are the positive and negative effects of time management?
Positive: you are punctual, hand things in by the due date, don’t miss tests, are not stressed etc.
Negative: you are late, don’t hand things in by their due date, miss tests, stressed etc.
What is the meaning of the word “problem”?
A solution is needed to fix it
A question that needs to be answered
A situation that comes with difficulty

Critical thinking helps us to solve problems and make sense of the world around us.

Creativity is the abillity to express ourselves in unique ways.

What is the definition of self-motivation?
Self-motivation is the method of motivation yourself by identiying your traits, realizing your strengths, and visuallizing success.
What is the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation? Give examples.
Intrinsic: The motivation to do something for the sake of it and for personal gain. (ex. studying a subject because you are interested in it).
Extrinsic: The motivation to do something to gain a reward or avoid a punishement. (ex. playing a sport to win awards).
What is the definition of adaptabillity?
Adaptabillity is being open to change and chainging your mindset based on new information.
How should you look at faliure?
Accept and acknowledge it, knowing that things don’t always go your way.
What are some tips to deal with faliure?
- Take responsibillity- try and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
- Don’t dwell- try again!
- Learn from it- learn from the lesson that comes with faliure.
- Accept your emotions- allow yourself to feel how you feel.
- Be kind- don’t beat yourself up about it.
